A quick little Z-brush sculpt. I rarely post these little speed sculpts, but I was tired of looking at Pettyland cards. I built this in zbrush from a simple sphere using the fantastic Dynamesh function to keep the topology good.

Little Red Riding House

I told myself that I'd get one more painting done before the year ends and I did this little painting yesterday. It is gouache on watercolor paper. About 12"x15" or so. Also, I was as sick as a dog while painting it. I took some process photo shots with my iPhone while I was painting it and put a little collage below. Curt is an old friend of mine from high school who used to do these twisted drawings of elongated heads. Curt was also prone to girlfriend issues. Here is his Companion card in Pettyland. The three heads on the sides are based on his drawing style.

Pixie Dolls Done!

I've finished painting the dolls that I've been working on for the upcoming Dig for Fire, art inspired by the Pixies show.There are five dolls in total.
