Some more sketches on the train. Viking sketches were done with colored pencil in a little notebook. Caltrain peeps were done on my tablet pc in Sketchbook Pro.
I'm off work for a few weeks, so hopefully I can do something of more substance and without my drawing surface bouncing around.

I really love, in particular, that Viking with the heavy eyebrows... the one in the middle row on the left. I just think he has a story. He's unarmored and his eyes are cast downward, I imagine he's thinking about something gravely important. He looks powerful but still vulnerable in a provocative way.
